Generally cosplay requires costumes but these folks appear to have skipped the costume requirement! I believe the man said he was originally dressed as a superhero in tights but he got tired of people hassling him for photos so he removed the costume down to the red shorts! The ladies appear to have been corrupted by his shocking behavior!
