Today's Action Photo is a picture of two linemen in a little rowboat getting ready to attach the first cables to a ship entering the locks in the Panama Canal! After 90 years, the most efficient way of doing this is, amazingly enough, sending out two guys in a rowboat. They tried many other systems and found them to be inferior or not worth the effort and expense.
