Today's Action Photo is a picture of an alligator (one person estimated it was a nine-footer) casually sunning himself in the middle of a walking path at Brazos Bend State Park near Houston, Texas. Photo taken with a Canon Elan IIe camera, 70-200mm f/2.8L lens with a B+W multicoated UV filter, Kodak Portra 160 NC film. Exposure settings were 1/500 second at f/5.6. Photo CD scan done by Advanced Digital Imaging of Fort Collins, Colorado.
